GBP posts vs Local Services Ads: which one you are actually paying for
You already know your cost per lead from LSAs. That number makes the profile decision obvious.
Residential HVAC · Service and replacement · Maintenance plans
Your Google Business Profile is the most valuable thing you own online, and it has been dormant since the last time someone in the office remembered it. We post to it every week, from your own work and your own reviews, and we show you what happens to the calls.

How it works, drawn. Posts from real customer jobs go here once they are cleared for use.
Where the calls come from
Someone with no heat searches, sees three companies, and picks one. The badge gets you listed. What gets you chosen is the profile that looks alive: recent posts, recent photos, answered questions, and reviews that are obviously current. A profile that has not been touched since spring reads as a company that might not answer.
The calendar does your planning
Nobody thinks about a furnace in August or a condenser in January, and the week they do, every company in the county is booked. A profile that has been posting through the shoulder season is the one that comes up already looking busy and already looking current when the first cold night arrives.
Seasonal work, emergency availability, the job your tech finished this morning.
A five-star review is content. We turn the good ones into posts, in the customer's words.
A furnace is a furnace, but a clean install with your van in the frame is proof.
The comparison you already understand
You already spend on Local Services Ads or pay-per-click, and you know within a few dollars what a lead costs you. PostIQ is a line item under that, on a channel you are already paying to be found on and not using.

The profile is where your next call comes from, and most contractors have not touched theirs since last year.

Questions
They are, and it does not matter here. On a Google profile the job of a photo is to prove the work is real and recent. Nobody is browsing your feed for inspiration; they are deciding whether to call you in the next four minutes.
We never write, solicit or reply to a review as you without asking. We use the reviews you already have as material for posts, in the customer's own words.
Then ask them when they last posted to your Google profile. If the answer is months, this is the gap. We are not trying to replace paid search.
Not what you do?
Tell us what you build and where. We will tell you what we would post, and what it would cost.
